Shipping:
The Warehouse may take up to 2 to 4 business days (excluding holidays) to process your order depending on order volume and production availability.
Upgrading your shipping from ground freight expedites the shipping portion of your order only.
For convince purposes we use UPS and USPS to cover P.O. Box’s, residential, and business locations in the mainland U.S. Alaska, and Hawaii.

Returns:
You may return your unused product for a full refund within 14 days of purchase date.
For a full refund returns must be made with the Return Merchandise Athorization # and merchandise must be in its original condition.
Call or e-mail customer service for your RMA# and return shipping address at (831)-251-0723 or Istyly@gmail.com.
Calls accepted Monday - Friday, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. (California time)
No returns will be accepted without a (RMA#).
No goods will be accepted for return after two weeks from the date of invoice.
We recommend you ship your item with a carrier that provides a tracking number as well as insurance.
Upon receipt of returned goods, we reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable.
Turn around time for credits and replacements is 2-4 weeks.
Please mark the RMA# clearly on the outside of the package.
Cancellations:
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Procedure. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including cancellation and other applicable fees. |
